5.3. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept debit cards, credit cards, UPI and Cash on Delivery.
5.4. All prices are in INR and include applicable taxes.
- Shipping and Delivery
6.1. We ship all across India.
6.2. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery address and chosen shipping method. Currently, shipping is free for all orders!
6.3. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
6.4. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
- Returns and Refunds
7.1. We offer a 7-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Return policy is not applicable for consumables like perfumes and activated charcoal.

7.3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
7.4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
